摘要
济钢一炼铁厂5座高炉先后在炉腹至炉身下部安装了不同数量的铸钢冷却壁。生产实践表明,铸钢冷却壁热面温度比球墨铸铁冷却壁低,在高炉高热负荷区域采用铸钢冷却壁有利于延长高炉炉体寿命。
Cast steel cooling staves of different number were installed in different region of 5 BFs at the first ironmaking plant of Ji'nan Steel. The practice shows that the temperature of cast steel cooling stave is lower than that of nodular cast iron cooling stave, the campaign life of BFs on which cast steel cooling stave have been adopted will be prolonged.
