摘要
本文阐述技术创新集群的概念、类型和特征 ,分析技术创新集群的生命周期。从知识管理理论的角度 ,提出集群内企业之间的知识集成能力是技术创新集群存在和发展的关键因素。详细阐述知识集成的定义及分类 。
the paper expatiate notion, types and character of technology innovation cluster. Analyzing the life cycle of technology innovation cluster, from knowledge management point of view, put forward that knowledge integration of cluster of interfirm is key factor of exist and development of technology innovation cluster. In the paper, the notion and classify of knowledge integration are expatiated; the manner and model of knowledge integration are discussed.
