摘要
为探讨维拉帕米（Ver）对环孢素A（CsA）肾毒性的保护作用，采用给急性缺血性肾衰大鼠静脉注射CsA，造成急性CsA肾中毒模型，在此模型上同时给予Ver，观察用药前后肾功能及血浆，肾组织中内皮素（ET）的变化。结果表明Ver可以抑制CsA引起的ET分泌释放，改善肾功能，提示Ver确实能有效减轻CsA对肾脏的损伤。
To investigate the effect of Verapamil (Ver) on cyclosporine A (CsA) nephrotoxicity,CsA intoxicated models were established by intravenous injection of CsA to SD rats with ischemic acute renal failure. Meanwhile,Ver was administered to the rat models. Renal function and plasma, renal tissue endothelin (ET) were observed. The result showed that Vermight restrain ET secretion and improve renal function. It is concluded that Ver can relieveCsA nephrotoxicity effectively.
