摘要
以过氧化二苯甲酰 (BPO)为引发剂 ,在 1,2 -二氯乙烷溶液中进行了 α-甲基丙烯酸接枝 ABS树脂。经红外光谱分析表明 ,α-甲基丙烯酸已接枝到 ABS树脂上。研究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、反应时间和反应温度对接枝聚合物接枝率、凝胶率等的影响。根据实验结果 ,推测终止反应主要为接枝链间的偶合终止。
The graft copolymerization of methacrylic acid onto acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS) was initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO) in 1,2-dichloroethane solution. The infrared spectra confirmed that methacrylic acid was successfully grafted onto the ABS backbone. The influences of concentration of BPO, concentration of monomer, reaction time, reaction temperature were investigated in terms of grafting degree and gel content. A coupling termination mechanism was proposed based on the experimental data.
