摘要
本文通过对冷轧板酸洗后产生的废酸,采用二效升降膜法进行薄膜蒸发浓缩并回收稀盐酸和氯化亚铁的废酸处理过程中出现的设备腐蚀问题,说明了环保设备的防腐重要性及该类设备在选材、制造、使用及维修时应注意的要点。
The paper describes the corrosion of equipment occurred during the waste acid treating process of using two stage increase and decrease film method to do the film vaporizing , concentrating and recovering the thin hydrochloric acid and FeCl2. It shows the importance of anti-corrosion of environment protection equipment and key point for these equipment in material,selection, fabrication, using and maintenance.
