摘要
通过对高强度预应力钢丝稳定化处理的生产实践研究 ,探索稳定化回火的加热工艺特性 ,为实现温度自动控制提供了依据 ;同时还研究了回火制度对产品的力学性能尤其是抗应力松弛性能的影响。结果表明 。
The heating process of stabilizing was explored through the stabilizing practice of high strength pre stressed steel wire and to provide scientific basis for the auto control of temperature.The effects of the tempering process on the mechanical properties,especially on the anti stress relaxation properties were also presented.The results showed that the process could meet the quality requirement of high strength low relaxation pre stressed steel wire.
