摘要
本文介绍了一种计算机处理磨料微粉粒度组成检测数据的方法和软件。操作人员只要输入检测得到的原始数据 ,该软件就能在普通的家用或办公室用计算机上准确、快捷地完成数据处理 ,并自动打印出精美的符合GB/T 2 4 81.2 - 1998和GB/T 92 58.3- 2 0 0 0要求的测定记录表、粒度组成图和结果报告。该软件与磨料微粉粒度组成检测仪和检测方法配套 ,把我国的磨料微粉粒度组成的检测水平提高到国际先进水平。
In this paper, a new kind of method and software for handling test data on abrasive micropowder's grain constitution is introduced. So long as the operator inputs the firsthand test data in a common computer, this software will complet handling data correctly and immediately, and print excellent testing record chart, diagram about grain constitution and result report automatically which correspond with GB/T248.2-1998 and GB/T 9258.3-2000. In coopration with the test meter and test method for abrasive micropowder's grain constitution, the software has developed the national test level on abrasive micropowder's grain constitution into international advanced level.
