摘要
通过对国内外研究现状分析 ,充分讨论了诸因素对人造单晶金刚石和聚晶金刚石热稳定性的影响。针对人造金刚石热稳定性的研究方法和概念存在的问题和不足 ,建议以“抗可逆转变”温度 ,即相变点 ,作为热稳定性的度量和标识 ,且采用能够体现出影响热稳定性因素之间关联度、并同时注重微观结构分析与性能改变测试相结合的方法。
The paper analyzed the status of thermal stability research of synthetic single crystal diamond and polycrystalline diamond (PCD) at home and abroad, and discussed the influences of the main factors for them. Since there are some problems and disadvantages of existing research method and the concept of thermal stability, the authors proposed the temperature of 'resisting reversible transformation', that is, phase transformation temperature, used as the standard of measurement for the thermal stability, and the method should embody the correlativity among the factors influencing the thermal stability of single diamond and PCD, and in which analysis of microstructure changes and measurement of properties variation should be combined.
