摘要
作者认为,领导重视,强化宏观管理,充分调动有关部门的积极性,是做好自然保护工作的关键。在实际工作中,应加强自然保护区的建设和科学管理;加强对自然资源开发建设项目的环境管理,防止生态败坏;推广生态农业,促进农村经济发展。
The authors suggest that the essential measures for sound natural conservation include great attention attached by the leaders, intensifying macroscopic management, mobilizing all related departments into full play their roles in nature conservation In practice, the construction and scientific management in nature reserves should be intcnsiGcd, and the environmental administration to the natural resources development and construction projects should be strengthened in order to prevent ceo-environment destruction, and the ecological agriculture should be popularized in order to promote rural economical development
