摘要
目的 :探讨术后胃无动力症的诊治。方法 :通过对 11例术后胃无动力患者的诊治 ,其中男 9例 ,女 2例 ,年龄 36～ 6 7岁 ,平均 49岁。结果 :经过保守治疗均能痊愈。结论 :胃肠减压 ,维持水电解质平衡 ,加强营养支持 。
Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of gastric non-dynamic syndrome after surgery. Methods: 11 cases were studied including 9 men, 2 women, age 36-67, average 49 years. Result: Every case was cured after conservative therapy. Conclusion: Decompress of gastrointestinal tract, maintenance of the balance of water and electrolyte, supplement enough nutrition, and waiting with patient are key steps to cure the disease.
