摘要
目的 :探讨中药虫草茅根汤治疗儿童单纯性肾小球性血尿的临床疗效。方法 :对 6 0例儿童单纯性肾小球性血尿患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 30例用虫草茅根汤随证加减治疗 ,对照组 30例用西药治疗 ,观察临床治愈率和有效率。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 % ;对照组总有效率 6 0 %。结论 :中药虫草茅根汤是治疗儿童单纯性肾小球性血尿的有效方法。
To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese herbs in treating the children isolated hematuria of the glomerulus.Methods:60 cases of children with isolated hematuria of the glomerulus were divided randomly into treatment group treated with Chinese herbs (Chongcaomaogen Tang) and control group treated with western medicine,clinical cure rate and effective rate were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 90%,60% to the control.Conclusion:Chinese herbs chongcaomaogenTang treatment is an effective therapy to the children isolated hematuria of glomerulus.
