摘要
用线性规划模型计算上海市民在食品上的最低消费支出。用人工神经网络模型计算上海市民除食品外的其它各项消费支出。两个模型计算后得出结果相加预测的最低生活保障线金额 ,具有很强的直观性。采用人工神经网络模型 ,对非线性变化的因素进行组合、学习、预测 ,有着较强的前瞻性 ,提出了适合上海的最低生活保障线的计算方法。最后就现行最低生活保障线制度存在的问题谈了一些看法。
The paper uses the linear programming model to calculate the minimum consumption expenditures on food of Shanghai citizen and uses artificial neural network model to calculate other consumption expenditures except those on food. The sum of the results from two models in used to predict the lowest subsistence expenses. This paper thus poses a way to calculate the lowest subsistence expenses suitable for Shanghai.
