摘要
在原有Cr(Ⅲ )媒染剂的基础上 ,开发了性能更优 ,价格低廉的新型媒染剂CTACr,讨论了媒染剂合成中的性质变化 ,分析了影响媒染的因素 ,通过对比证实了Cr(Ⅲ )媒染剂的“携铬”作用 ,确定了最佳染色工艺。结果证明CTACr媒染样品泛色正常 ,牢度优良 ,残浴不含六价铬。
On the basis of the existing Cr(Ⅲ) mordant in wool chrome dyeing, a new cheaper Cr(Ⅲ) mordant CTACr was developed. The property changes during the preparation of the mordant were observed, and the influences of both pH value of dyeing bath and coordination ratio of the mordant complex on the adsorption and the chroming performance were discussed. By comparison, the chromium carrying function of Cr(Ⅲ) mordant proved, and the optimum dyeing recipe was achieved. The results show that dyeing fastnesses of the chroming samples are satisfying, the residual bath is chromium(Ⅵ)-free, and the incomplete color change can be corrected by mordant assistant and through the adjustment of the process.
