摘要
工业上用作阻燃剂的聚磷酸铵一般具有长链结构 ,其聚合度 n≥ 2 0 ,短链的低聚磷酸铵 (n≤ 10 ) 由于反应条件的难以控制 ,以及干燥困难而没有得到应用。但低聚磷酸铵具有较低的熔点和烧结点 ,用来灭火时能迅速分解形成膜层覆盖于燃烧物表面使火焰熄灭。该文研究了以磷酸和尿素合成低聚磷酸铵的合成条件 ,测定了以低聚磷酸铵为主要成分的干粉灭火剂的主要物理性能和灭火性能。结果表明 ,该灭火剂的性能指标达到了相关国家标准的要求。
The ammonium polyphosphate used as combustion preventer in the industry is usually a long chain polymer, of which the polymerization degree is no less than 20 (n greater than or equal 20). Because it is difficult to control the reactive condition and desiccate the outcome. The short chain ammonium low-polyphosphate (n [less-than or equal to] 10) has not been used. But it has low melting point and sintering point, when it is used to extinguish a fire, it can rapidly decompose to form a layer of film, which can cover the surface of comburent and make the fire go out. This paper focuses on the synthetic conditions of ammonium low-polyphosphate from phosphoric acid and urea, and then the main physical and fire-extinguishing performance of the powder extinguishing composed mainly of ammonium low-polyphosphate is test. The results show that the performance indexes of this extinguishing satisfy the demands of relevant Chinese Standards.
