摘要
目的 分析 Beckman CX9型自动生化分析仪的函数变化率质量控制 (简称函变质控 )效果。方法 根据每日生化测定前对 CX 9型化学分析法的模拟数字转换 ( Analog- to- Digital Conversion,ADC)值的校准 ,选择各化学项目灵敏度 ( Span)和反应比率 ( Rate)的 ADC值作统计和比较。结果 各化学项目的Span值可因分析法、试剂和化学物质不同而异 ,但各有自身的变化规律和范围 ( x- s) ;在 Span的控制测定条件下 ,各化学项目控制误差的能力以葡萄糖 ( GLU)和总蛋白 ( TP)的测定为首 ,不仅浓度间的 Rate值符合总体函变质控统计参数的要求 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,而且始终能保持临床室内质控 ( IQC)的精密度 ( Back-to- Back ,B- B)和准确度 ( Range,R)。结论 各化学项目 Span值的校准是方法学内外误差信息的综合分析结果 ,这有利于 Span与化学反应速率的双向性相适应 ,达到化学反应速率的质量测定水平。
Aim To analyze the effects of function change rate for quality control on automatic biochemics analysis instrument,Beckman CX9.Methods Through checking the calibrated results of ADC(analog-to-digital conversion) of chemical analyses befor tests were done,we chose ADC of span and ADC of reaction rate to statistics and compared.Results Span of chemical analyses varie according to different analyses,chemical material and reagents,but items for testing had their own change pattern and range .The abilities of controlling errors for testing were maily in determination of glucoses (GLU) and total proteins (TP) in the controlling of tested span.The rate of consistency was not only in accordance with the demand (P>0.05) of general function alter on statistics parameter of IQC (internal quality control),but also maintained the precision (B-B)and accuracy (R) in IQC.Conclusion Calibrated span of chemical analyses are comprehesive analysis outcome from handling inside and outside error information with methodology which can make span adapt to biphase of chemical reaction rate and achieve the determination level of quality in the speed of chemical reaction.
