摘要
目的 探讨超声在胃肠道梗阻性疾病中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析了 88例胃肠道梗阻性疾病的声像图特征。结果 超声对胃肠道梗阻的定位准确率 94.4% ,病因诊断符合率 79.6% ,肠坏死提示诊断符合率 83 .3 %。结论 超声在胃肠道梗阻性疾病的诊断中具有重要价值 ,较传统X线检查所获得的信息量丰富 ,应作为该类疾病的首选检查方法。
Objective To discuss the application value of color ultrasound in gastrointestinal tract obstruction. Methods We analyzed the sonography of 88 cases with gastrointestinal tract obstruction. Results The locating accurate rate was 94.4%. The diagnostic accurate rate of etiology was 79.6%. The diagnostic accurate rate of intestinal necrosis was 83.3%. Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal tract obstruction. The information got from ultrasound is richer than X ray. It is a reliable examination of the first choice for gastrointestinal tract obstruction.
