摘要
目的 经阴道超声检查以观察子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效和结果。方法 对 43例患者进行了子宫动脉栓塞术前、术后阴道超声检查。结果 经过术后 3天 ,1个月 ,3个月 ,半年 ,1年的跟踪随访 ,瘤体缩小率为 1 0 %～ 70 %。结论 经阴道超声检测观察子宫动脉栓塞术对治疗子宫肌瘤、肌腺症是十分安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of uterine artery embolization on uterine myoma through vaginal sonography. A total of 43 cases were studied. Methods Vaginal sonographic examinations were performed in 43 cases before and after the treatment. Results Sonographic follow up were done 2 days, 1 month, 3 months, half year and one year after the therapeutic procedure. The shrinking of tumor size ranged 10%～70%. Conclusion The vaginal sonographic monitoring of uterine artery embolization on uterine myoma and adenomyoma were safe and effective.
