摘要
目的 :评价前房穿刺在小梁切除术中的应用。方法 :在 2 5例 36只眼小梁切除术中 ,应用前房穿刺 ,注入平衡液或甲基纤维素调节眼内压重建前房 ,人工形成滤垫 ,防止低眼压浅前房的发生。结果 :术后浅前房发生率为 14 7%。结论 :在小梁切除术中合并应用前房穿刺 ,可减少低眼压。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of paracentesis to the final results after trabeculectomy.Methods:In 36 eyes of various kinds of glaucoma,before trabeculectomy,paracentesis was done.After trabeculectomy,balanced saline solution or methylcellulose was injected through the paracentesis opening to reform the anterior chamber,avoid postoperative hypotony or flat anterior chamber.Results:The flat anterior chamber rate reduced to 14 7%.Conclusion:Paracentesis before trabeculectomy is effective to reduce flat anterior chamber rate and related complications.
