摘要
目的 :对常规遮盖加后像疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效评价。方法 :散瞳检影验光、配戴合适眼镜后采用常规遮盖法加后像治疗、精细作业等方法治疗弱视 ,对 138例 2 45只眼进行疗效分析。结果 :坚持后像治疗 ,总有效率达 98 4% ,基本治愈率 87%以上。结论
Objective:To evaluate the effects of conventional occlusion combined with pleoptics in the treatment of childrens amblyopia.Methods:After receiving skiascopy and wearing proper spectacles,the methods such as conventional occlusion combined with pleoptics and delicate working were used to treat amblyopia in children.The therapeutic effects in 138 patients(245 eyes)were analyzed.Results:After persisting pleoptics,the total effective ratio is 98 4% and the basal curative rate is more than 87%.Conclusion:Conventional occlusion combined with pleoptics is much effective than other methods in the treatment of childrens amblyopia.
