摘要
目的 :研究CT增强双期螺旋扫描技术对肝脏、胰腺疾病的诊断价值。材料与方法 :对 5 6例肝脏胰腺采用双期扫描技术的显示情况与平扫及单纯静脉期图象进行对比分析。结果 :双期扫描所获信息比平扫及静脉期图象对疾病有更高发现率和确诊率。结论 :双期螺旋扫描是CT检查肝脏。
Purpose:To evaluate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced two-phase spiral CT Scanning technique in hepatic and pancreatic diseases.Materials and Methods:56 cases with various hepatic or pancreatic disorders were examed with two-phase spiral CT scanning technique.The results were compaired with thats of plan scanning and single venous phase ones.Results:The sensitivity and accuracy of two-phase scanning were both higher than thats of phan scanning and single-venous-phase ones.Conclusion:Two-phase spiral CT scanning is one of the best methods in detecting hepatic and pancreatic diseases.
