摘要
目的 :比较白细胞清除术联合化疗治疗高白细胞急性白血病与单纯化疗治疗高白细胞急性白血病的疗效。方法 :采用前瞻性同期对照研究方法。结果 :11例高白细胞急性白血病经白细胞清除术后化疗 ,CR率达5 4.5 % ,早期死亡率 9%。单用化疗 7例 ,仅 1例完全缓解 ,早期死亡 3例 (42 .8% )。结论
Objective:To compare the effectiveness of combined therapy of leukopheresis and chemotherapy with chemotherapy alone in the treatment of acute hyper leuko cytotic leukemia.Methods:A prospective study was taken to compute the CR and early-stage mortality in the case group with combined therapy and in the control group with chemotherapy alone.Results:CR and early-stage mortality of 11 cases in the case group were 54.4$(6/11) and 9%(1/11),respectively;whereas those of 7 cases in the control group were 14.3%(1/7) and 42.8(3/7),respectively.Conclusions:The combined therapy is an adranced one in the treatment acute hyper leuko cytotic leukemia.
