摘要
目的 :评价B超定位电磁式体外冲击波碎石 (ESWL)治疗泌尿系结石的效果。方法 :利用B超定位电磁式体外碎石机对 3 5 2 1例泌尿系结石患者进行冲击波碎石治疗。结果 :肾结石 912例 ,结石粉碎率为 10 0 % ,3个月排净率为 91% ;输尿管上段结石 5 6 4例 ,治疗成功率为 97% ;输尿管下段结石 1942例 ,治疗成功率为98.6 % ;膀胱及后尿道结石 10 3例 ,治疗成功率 98%。碎石时无明显疼痛 ,个别病人皮肤表面出现红斑 ,96 %耐受良好。结论 :B超定位电磁式体外碎石机治疗泌尿系结石安全。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of B ultrasound-guided electromagnetic type lithotriptor on the treatment of urinary stone.Method:From June 1997 to July 2001,3521 patients with urinary stone were treated with B ultrasound-guided electromagentic type lithotriptor.Results:The pulverizing rate of kidney stones was 100% and the 3 months stone-free rate was 91%.The pulverizing rate of upper ureteral was 97%.The pulverizing rate of lower ureteral stone was 98.6%.The pulverizing rate of bladder stone was 98%.Tolerance in most patients is good.Conclusions:B ultrasound-guided electromagnetic type lithotriptor is a safe and satisfying treatment for urinary stones.
