摘要
综述了与肺癌易感性有关的 3种基因 :细胞色素氧化酶p4 5 0 (cytochromep4 5 0 ,CYPs)基因、谷胱苷肽硫基转移酶 (glutathioneS transferase ,GSTs)基因以及DNA修复酶基因的多态性与肺癌的易感性之间的关系 ,并且也简要介绍了以上 3种酶基因多态与DNA加合物以及DNA加合物与p5 3和ras基因突变关系的研究现状。
