摘要
目前普遍认为恶性肿瘤发病机理是遗传因素与环境因素共同作用的结果 ,但根据美国国立癌症研究所的研究人员最近研究报告认为 ,须在以下 3个方面特别加以注意 ,并值得进一步深入研究 :①异常基因的出现是细胞癌变的基础 ;②各种致癌因子是启动异常基因突变的诱因 ;③异常基因变成癌基因与免疫功能失调有关。因此 ,异常基因的早期检查比癌细胞的形态学检查有重要的临床意义。
The pathogenesis of malignant tumor has been due to the common effect of inheritant and enviromental factors untill now.The research workers of American Cancer Institute emphasized the studies of three fields.That is:①The appearance of abnormal gene is the foundation of cancer.②Carcinogenic substances can induce abnormal gene mutation.③Immune regulation disorder is associated with the abnormal gene mutation.It is believed that the early examination of abnormal gene is more important than that of cancer cell morphology in clnical medicine.
