摘要
本文考查了一种Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr合金经不同沉淀强化工艺后的机械性能、使用透射电镜、扫描电镜考查了不同制度对应的显微组织特征。指出:控制时效温度、时间与预延展变形,可以调整δ′(Al_3Li)、S′(Al_2CuMg)相的复合沉淀得到优化组合,明显改善合金的强度与塑性。
The mechanical properties and microstructure characteristics of 8090 aluminum-lithium alloy have been investigated extensively by tensile testing, transmission and scanning electron microscopy in different heat treatment cinditions. The results showed that the optimum properties were obtained at 165℃/70-80h in which temper a better matching between δ' and S'precipatates was obtained, and the growth of δ' and δ' (PFZ) was limited.
