摘要
玉米已成为我国第二大农作物,播种面积2 334万公顷,年产近1.3亿吨,主要用作畜禽 饲料,也有愈来愈大的比例进行深加工。因此,玉米不仅是高产的粮食作用,还是饲料之王和宝贵 的经济作物。玉米具有广泛的变遗性,育种家们已经选育出了提供多种用途的专用型品种,如优质 蛋白玉米、高油玉米、高淀粉玉米、制罐和青食用的甜玉米、笋玉米、爆玉米、粘玉米等。
Corn has been become the second great crops in China, seeded area is 2.33 ten million hectare and annual yield is near 1.3 handred millionton. Corn is mainly used as forage of livestock and pultry, alse the more and more great proportion to deep-processing. So that,the corn is not only grain crop of high yield but also is the king of forages and a valuable economic crop. Due to corn has widely variedbilities. So, have been selected special varieties by breedders. Such as the proten corn of high quacity,the corn of high oil, the corn of high cornstarch, sweet corn is used as canned and fresh food, the bamboo corn, the puffed corn and the glutinous corn etc.
