摘要
就桑沟湾表层水总异养细菌 (H)、几丁质降解菌 (C)和弧菌 (V)含量及C/H、V/H与N、P、水温等 9个生态—环境因子间分别作了相关分析 ,结果表明 :在不断增强的环境负荷下 ,H显出与营养盐 (如NO-3 N、PO3-4 P等 )、COD等大体一致的增减趋势 ,与水温间有一定的负相关。C、V(及C/H、V/H )的消涨基本与水温相平行 ,而与溶解氧 (DO)相悖。结果意味着该湾水中适冷菌较多、生存时间较长 ,同时尚有外来中温性细菌 ,包括部分C。
The results of correlation analysis among some bacteriological indexes and environmental parameters for surface water of Sanggou Bay were discussed.The results show that: Under the increasing environmental load, heterotrophic aerobic bacterial counts (abbr. H). show similar trends as nutrients such as NO 3 N?PO 3- 4 P etc, and COD, a negative correlationship exists between H and T (water temperature). The variation of Chitin degrading bacterial counts (abbr, C), vibrio counts (abbr. V.), C/H or V/H were prarallel to T , and opposite to dissolved oxygen content. This condition implicates that there were more psychographics in the water of the Bay besides to some mesophilic bacteria (possibly eurythermis ones), including chitin degrading bacteria and vibrio entering the Bay.
