摘要
介绍了酒精废水的高效低耗处理工艺 ,即首先用转鼓滤机去除 6 0 %左右的悬浮物并回收作粗饲料 ;其次 ,借助原水高温特点 ,用完全混合式高温厌氧池使废水充分消化 ;再次 ,用沉淀池和气浮池实现废水和厌氧污泥的完全分离 ,使废水的COD降解了 92 %~ 94% ;最后为好氧处理工段 ,整个工艺对COD和SS的去除率分别高达 99%和 99.8% ,不仅处理率高 ,而且能耗很低 ,还可以回收粗饲料和沼气能源。
High efficiency and low consumption treatment process for alcohol effluent is introduced. Firstly a rotary filler is emploged to remove 60% suspended material and to recover fodder. By aid of high temperature characteristic of the inlet effluent which is fully digested by complete mixed high temperature anaerobic pond. Then, the effluent and anaerobic sludge is completely separated by sedimentation and air-flotation ponds and 92~93% COD of effluent is degraded. Finally aerobic treatment is processed. The removal rates of COD and SS for the whole process can reach as high as 99% and 99.8% separately. The treatment rate is high with low energy comsumption, and fodder and methane energy can be recovered.
