摘要
系统地分析了牙轮钻头与井壁相互作用过程 ,建立了牙轮钻头运动仿真模型。对钻头的横向运动 ,井壁模式的形成和发展过程进行了详细的分析 ;探讨了牙轮钻头侧向切削机理 ;建立了描述牙轮钻头侧向切削过程的仿真模型和计算机仿真程序。采用该程序可以对不同结构的钻头在不同钻井条件下 ,钻头的侧向切削能力、井眼偏移程度和井眼轨迹作出相应比较和判定。
The paper presents a systematic analysis of the lateral movement of the bit, the interaction between the bit and wellbore, and the process of the wall pattern formation and development. The side cutting mechanism and the ability of roller bit are discussed, the motion and scraping of the heel rows of bit are analyzed, and the computer simulation model and program describing the side cutting process of bits are established, verified and validated. Using the program, the side cutting ability of various bits in different drilling conditions can be compared and determined by the CSBSC program, which can also predict the side cutting ability of a bit being designed.
