摘要
目的 探讨术前应用阴道超声和彩色多普勒检查鉴别附件包块良、恶性质的临床价值。方法 应用阴道超声和彩色多普勒术前检查 140例附件包块患者 ,根据超声形态学标准和阻力指数 (RI)分析其良、恶性。结果 根据阴道超声的形态学标准或彩色多普勒RI值鉴别附件包块性质的敏感性和特异性分别为 92 3%、92 3 %和92 9%、98 2 %。联合应用时诊断价值提高至 96 2 %和 99 1%。
Objective: To investigate the usefulness of transvaginal ultrasonography and color Doppler sonography in the differentiation of benign and malignant adnexal tumors. Methods: Preoperative transvaginal ultrasonography and color Doppler sonography were performed in 140 patients with adnexal tumors. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of transvaginal ultrasonography in the characterization of adnexal tumors were 92 3% and 92 9%, and those of color Doppler sonography were 92 3% and 98 2%. When transvaginal ultrasonography and color Doppler sonography were combined, the sensitivity and specificity were 96 2% and 99 1%. Conclusion: The combination of transvaginal ultrasonography and color Doppler sonography achieves high diagnostic accuracy in malignancy status assessment of adnexal tumors.
