心房纤颤与脑卒中 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :探讨心房纤颤 (AF)对脑卒中临床表现及预后的影响。方法 :将 2 68例有心房纤颤合并脑卒中患者进行临床分析 ,并与同期住院无AF的脑卒中病人进行临床比较分析。结果 :发现AF合并脑卒中患者有如下特点 :( 1)发生脑栓塞率高 ;( 2 )发生大面积脑梗塞者多 ;( 3)易并发心功能衰竭 ;( 4)致残率高 ;( 5 )死亡率高。结论 :AF是引起脑卒中的危险因素 ,也是影响其预后的重要因素。
