摘要
研制的GW— 1钻井液振动筛由筛箱、筛箱倾角调节机构、筛底座、激振器、支架、电器系统和钻井液进入系统组成。该筛应用平动椭圆振动理论 ,在先进的Pre软件上完成设计。结构设计中参照国外先进振动筛的有关结构 ,便于与国际接轨。全面的动态特性检测、应力检测及现场工业性试验表明 ,GW— 1钻井液振动筛单筛处理量达到 5 0L/s ,使钻井液中含砂量降低2 0 %~ 30 % ,使用细目筛网达到 12 0目 ,筛分效果好 ,运转平稳可靠 ,可满足不同钻井工艺的要求 ,具有很好的推广应用前景。
A new type of shale shaker, Model GW-l shale shaker, is developed to meet the demand of the moderndrilling teclmology. The shaker is designed applying theory of planar moving elliphcal vibrating and Pro/Esoftware, with reference to relevant advanced designing methods. The dynamic characteristics examination and stress detection and field tests show that the disposal capacity of Model GW-l shale shaker can reach 50L/s, with the sand in the drilling fluid reduced by 20%~30%.
