采用 PCR扩增方法成功克隆了鸡贫血病病毒 (CAV)长春分离株的 VP3基因 ,并进行了核苷酸序列测定。通过与 TK5 80 3、SJ1株进行序列比较 ,发现长春分离株 VP3基因与 TK5 80 3仅有 1个碱基差异 ,而氨基酸序列完全相同 ;与山东 SJ1株有 3个碱基差异和
According to the nucleotide sequence in NCBIG GeneBank, the VP3 gene of a chicken anemia virus isolated from changchun was amplified by PCR, and cloned to the SmaⅠ site of pUC119 plasmid. The nucleotide sequence was analysed. By comparison with TK5803 and SJ1, the VP3 gene of Changchun isolate was demonstrated to have only one nucleotide and no amino-acid different from TK5803, three nucleotides and three amino-acids different from SJ1.
