摘要
通过对全国 1 1个省的 2 1个市 (县 ) 74份乌桕种子样品的油脂成分含量及其与环境因素之间关系的分析 ,结果表明 :1皮油中棕榈酸含量与纬度呈负相关 ,而皮油中油酸含量与纬度呈正相关 ;2皮油含量与经度呈正相关 ;3皮油含量、皮油中棕榈酸含量与年积温呈正相关 ,皮油中油酸含量与年积温呈负相关 ;4皮油含量、皮油中棕榈酸含量与年降水量呈正相关 ,皮油中油酸含量与年降水量呈负相关 .
Different types of tallow, such as crust oil and kernel oil, can be squeezed out of Roxb seeds ( Sapium sebiferum L.). The relationship between the contents of tallow components in 74 samples of S.sebiferum seeds in 21 counties in 11 provinces throughout China and environmental factors was analyzed. Results showed that ① Latitude had negative effect on palmitic acid content in crust oil and positive effect on oleic acid content in crust oil; ② Longitude had positive effect on crust oil content; ③ The annual accumulated temperature had positive effect on crust oil content and palmitic acid content in crust oil and had negative effect on oleic acid content in crust oil; ④ The annual rainfall had positive effect on crust oil content and palmitic acid content in crust oil and had negative effect on oleic acid in crust oil. Results obtained in this study provided theoretical basis for exploitation, introduction and genetic improvement of S.sebiferum resources.
