摘要
用 4只装有瘤胃、十二指肠和回肠瘘管的去势成年萨福克羊 ,饲喂按不同比列混合的鸭茅草和特制精饲料日粮 ,研究小肠对瘤胃微生物氨基酸利用情况 .结果表明 :1瘤胃细菌所含二氨基庚二酸( DAPA)浓度在中性洗涤纤维含量为 6 5 .94 %~ 4 0 .35 %的日粮条件下很稳定 ;十二指肠和回肠食糜干物质中 DAPA浓度随日粮中性洗涤纤维水平降低而增大 . 2体重换算为 4 0 kg的绵羊 ,每只每天进入十二指肠和回肠的 DAPA量差异不显著 ;3随日粮中性洗涤纤维水平降低 ,每 1 0 0 g细菌体含 Cys,Met和Trp量显著减少 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,DAPA量则显著增加 ( P<0 .0 5 ) . 4随日粮中性洗涤纤维水平降低 ,小肠内被吸收的瘤胃细菌体氨基酸量显著减少 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,其中 6 5 .94 %组低于 5 0 .5 9%组而接近于 4 0 .35
Four castrated suffolk sheep [average body weight (45 5±5) kg] with rumen cannula, duodenum cannula, and ileum cannula were used to determine the utilization rate of amino acid from rumen bacteria in small intestine with different orchardgrasshay (R): concentrate (C) ratios The results were as follows: ① The contents of rumen bacteria 2,6diaminopimeric acid (DAPA) were stable (2 0 mg·g -1 ) as the sheep were fed the dietary with 65 94%~40 35% NDF. The contents of DAPA reaching duodenum and ileum significantly increased to 0 37~0 50, 0 27~0 47 mg·g -1 respectively , as the level of NDF reduced. ② There were no significant differences between the amount of DAPA reaching duodenum and ileum every day in sheep based on 40 kg body weight, which were 0 16~0 19, 0 06~0 07 g·d -1 respectively. ③ As the level of NDF reduced, the amount of Cys, Met and Trp per 100 gram of total bacteria reduced significantly ( P <0 05) while and the amount of DAPA increased significantly ( P <0 05). ④ As the level of NDF increased, the amount of amino acid from bacteria absorbed in small intestine decreased, which in dietary with 65 94% NDF was lower than in dietary with 50 59% NDF, and closed to dietary with 40 35% NDF.
