摘要
利用保角变换由圆筒件拉延凸缘区的对数螺线推出椭圆盒形拉延件的滑移线方程 ,理论证明所求场满足边界条件和正交特性 ,并且与数值积分法的计算结果相当接近 。
By means of conformal transformation,the paper derives slip line equations of the elliptical and box like drawn part from logarithmic spiral ones of the drawn cup's flange area, the theory proves that the solved field satisfies boundary condition and orthogonal characteristic, and that it is very near to the solution of the numerical integration method, in the end, the paper advances a determined method of the reasonable blank of the elliptical drawn part.
