摘要
使用Gleeble 1500热力模拟实验系统研究了 H62黄铜试件在不同温升率及不同预载应力下的失效温度与破坏规律,结合试件断口附近的金相显微组织观察,分析了材料的破坏机理.结果表明,温升率及预载应力对H62 黄铜的失效温度及破坏有明显影响.在相同的预载应力下,温升率越高材料的失效温度越低 在相同的温升率下,预载应力越高材料的失效温度也越低.对材料微观组织及缺陷的分析表明。
The response and failure of H62 brass specimens subjected to different levels of pre-stress and heating rates were systematically investigated using a Gleeeble-1500 thermal-mechanical material testing system. The metallurgraph near fracture of the tested material were also observed and analyzed. Experimental results show that the increase of either pre-stress or heating-rate decreases the failure temperature, which is related with obvious increase of microdefects in the pre-load material, Metallurgraphic analysis also shows that high heating rate may remarkably increase the damage of the material.
