摘要
本文建立了长圆形截面容器的力学计算模型 ,揭示了其轴向和周向应力的分布规律。在考虑端盖影响情况下 ,作者通过计算和归纳得出了简化的公式和便于工程设计的曲线。试验结果表明 ,理论解与试验实测值相当吻合。
In this paper, the author presents a mechanics model of obround cross-section pressure vessel and reveals the distributing rules of the axial and annular stress. When considering the effects of end covers, the author setups the stress formulae and calculating diagram, which can be used in project design. Experiment results shows that the TPS analysis is effective.
