摘要
首先对超窄流道小流量离心压缩机进行了性能测试 ,并采用三孔探针对离心压缩机叶轮出口、无叶扩压器出口、回流器出口处流场进行了实验测量 ,以更好地认识各部件出口的流动机理 ,从而搞好各部件间的匹配 ,提高离心压缩机的性能。最后通过实验分析 ,从各部件相互匹配的角度 。
Firstly the performance for small flow rate centrifugal compressors with super-narrow flow passages are tested. The flow fields are measured respectively at the outlet of the impeller、diffuser and return chamber by using three-hole probe in order to understand the flow characteristics and get good matching for the compressor. Finally, from the viewpoint of different components matching, some advice is provided to improve the performance of the compressor.
