苯那普利防治原发性高血压临床疗效观察 被引量:4

CLINIC CURATIVE EFFECT OBSERVATION OF PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF BENAZEPRIL IN ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION PATIENTS.

摘要 目的 :探讨苯那普利防治原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法 :对 6 7例原发性高血压患者 ,使用苯那普利 10 mg口服 ,每日一次 ,监测治疗前后血压、彩色多普勒超声心动图等的改变。结果 :苯那普利治疗后 ,所有患者血压均有不同程度的下降 ,各级高血压之间差异无显著性 ;患者左室功能的多项指标均有不同程度的改善。结论 :苯那普利对各级原发性高血压均有较好疗效 ,是一种长效、安全的降压药。 Objective:To investigate clinic curative effect of prevention and treatment of Benazepril in essential hypertension patients.Methods:Benazepril was orally administrated(10mg qd),change of blood pressure and color Doppler ultrasound cardiogram were tested before and after treatment.Results:Blood pressure reduction in all patients were observed after treatment.There were no significant difference among the three grades of hypertension patients.Most functional indexes of left ventricle were improved.Conclusion:Being a long-effected and safe drug,Benazepril has an obvious clinic curative effect to three grades of essential hypertension patients.
