以甲醛、胺为原料 ,通过 Mannich缩合反应对落叶松栲胶进行改性。考察了体系中反应温度、时间、p H值、胺的种类、落叶松与醛及胺的比例对反应过程的影响。结果表明 :在最佳合成工艺条件下 ,改性落叶松栲胶的鞣质含量为 5 1% ,︸电位为 0 .0 10
A process to prepare amphoteric larix tannins from Mannich reaction of lanch tannin with formaldehyde and amine were studied . The effects of at different temperature, time, pH,the kinds of amine and the ratio of larix --formaldehyde --amine were investigated. The results show that under the optinum reaction condition, the content of modified lanch tannin is 51%, and ξ potential is 0.010V.
