文章就21世纪初期河南盐业将采取控制盐产量 ,提高质量 ,发展新品种 ,巩固市场 ,增加效益 ,确保市场供给 。
In the basics of introducing detailed the basic reality and questions being existing of Henan salt industry, this article discuses and forecasts the changes trend of Henan salt productions according to the guiding principle that is plan united, distributed rationally, produce and sell balanced, develop synthetically, suggested the development aim of Henan salt industry at the beginning of 21st century, and worked out eight measures and policies to make the aim into reality.
