摘要
紧凑的气缸中心距是各种轮式和履带式车辆用柴油机外形尺寸紧凑性的基础,是柴油机所有主要件生产工艺装备的基础尺寸,一经决定难以更改。以往完全依靠图面布置来决定。本文详细论述决定缸心距尺寸的三大因素,并为此建立一系列半经验公式,便于经权衡协调后再作图面布置。
The cylinder centre distance is a fundamental factor for delimiting the engine configuration of all wheeled and caterpillar vehicles, shorter the distance, more compact the engine overall size. It will be the essential dimension in processing facilities for machining the main engine components, and will be hardly ever modified once fixed. The centre distance used to be determined by layout drawing. This paper details three main factors for determination of centre distance. A series of semiempirical formulae are derived, in order that engine layout could easibly be made.
