摘要
本文介绍了S1100型柴油机气缸盖火力面的温度场和热力场。利用SD375动态分析仪和SAS3.0分析软件包测取气缸盖的动态特性和模拟实际受力时的受迫变形。分析了热负荷及机械负荷对缸盖变形和结构强度的影响,查明了气缸盖火力面产生裂纹和发生冲气缸垫现象的主要原因。研究结果为改进产品设计提供了科学依据。
In this paper, the temperatures of cylinder head are measured, and its temperature fields and thermal stress fields are computed by means of finite element method. With the help of SD375 dynamic analysis system and SAS3.0 analysis programs, the dynamic properties and forced deformation of cylinder head are investigated. The influences on deformation and strength of cylinder head by both thermal load and mechanical Joad are compared, and the causes of cylinder head cracking and the causes of gasket damage are explained. The results provide a base for improving this type of diesel engines.
