摘要
主要分析了电子商务系统与企业MIS之间的耦合关系， 并用举例的方式提出了松耦合下如何实现高效、开放的网站后台MIS系统。
This paper mainly analyses the coupling relation ship between electronic commerce system and the MIS of enterprise.It also gives an example on how to bring out an effective and open MIS for electric commerce u nder the loose relationship.
