摘要
目的 :探讨环孢素 A(Cs A)对移植肾毒性损害的病理特点 ,以指导临床用药。方法 :对 32例移植肾进行病理取材 ,作 HE染色 ,在光镜下观察。结果 :2 5例有 Cs A肾毒性损害 ,其中急性者 2 3例 ,主要为肾小管上皮空泡样变性 ;慢性者 1例 ,主要为血管和间质玻璃样变和粘液样变 ;余 1例同时有急慢性损害。结论 :Cs
Purpose:To study pathologic changes of CsA nephrotoxicity and to guide clinic administration.Methods:The 32 cases renal allografts were biopsied.Tissue sections were examined by light microscopy.Result:25 cases of 32 cases were discribed as CsA nephrotoxicity.23 cases among these cases demonstrated acute nephrotoxicity,it′s main pathologic changes were vacuole′s degenerations of glomerular tubular epithelial cells.Another two were chronic nephrotoxicity,and is characterized histologically by striped tubulo interstitial fibrosis,and hyalinization of the afferent arteriole.Conclusion:Major histopathologic changes of CsA nephrotoxicity leision were tubular vaculation and vessel hyalinization.
