摘要
目的 :探讨男性球海绵体悬吊术治疗前列腺切除术 (包括根治性切除术 )后尿失禁的疗效。方法 :采用经尿道球海绵体悬吊术治疗前列腺切除术后严重尿失禁患者 7例。结果 :术后随访 14～ 2 6个月 (平均 2 0 .4个月 ) ,6例患者完全自控排尿 ,1例改善非常明显。结论
Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy of the male bulbourethral sling procedure for the treatment of postprostatectomy urinary incontinence.Methods:We reviewed the records of 7 men with severe postprostatectomy incontinence who underwent the male bulbourethral sling procedure in our department. Preoperatively the patients were completely incontinent (diaper, clamps or condom catheter).Results:Median follow up time was 20.4 months (range 14 to 26).6 patients became dry, and 1 case was significantly improved.Conclusions:The male bulbouethral sling procedure is effective treatment for post radical prostatectomy and intrinsic sphincter dificiency urinary incontinence.
