摘要
目的 在动物实验基础上 ,研究甘利欣对瓣膜置换病人心肌的保护作用。方法 将 2 4例瓣膜置换术病人随机分为两组 ,每组 12例。甘利欣 (G)组 :麻醉诱导后用甘利欣 2 5mg/kg ;对照(C)组 :不用甘利欣。在麻醉前、开放主动脉后 5、10、30分钟从桡动脉各抽取 2ml血测定丙二醛(MDA)含量。麻醉前、开放主动脉后 2、6、12、2 4小时从桡动脉各抽取 2ml血测心肌酶漏出量。结果 开放主动脉后 ,G组MDA含量 (30分钟 )、CK MB漏出量 (2、6、12、2 4小时 )、LDH漏出量 (2 4小时 )、AST漏出量 (2、6小时 )及HBD漏出量 (2、6、12小时 )均小于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective To study the protective effects of diammonii glycyrrhizinatis against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in valve replacement patients.Methods Twenty four adult patients with cardiac valve replacement were randomly divided into two groups.Diammonii glycyrrhizinatis(2 5mg/kg) was administrated after anesthesia induction in the diammonii glycyrrhizinatis group ( n= 12) and it was not in the control group( n= 12).Arteial blood samples were collected for the measurements of MDA and myocardial enzymes.Results After aorta crossclamping,MDA at 30min,CK MB at 2,6,12 or 24h,LDH at 24h,AST at 2 and 6h,HBD at 2,6 and 12h were all lower in the diammonii glycyrrhizinatis group than those in the control group ( P< 0 05).Conclusion The results indicate that diammonii glycyrrhizinatis has a protect effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in the valve replacement patients.
