摘要 阐述了不同类型反流物对食管上皮细胞的损伤 ,评价在反流性食管炎中基因的突变 ,以及与食管腺癌的联系。 To review the injury of different reflux content to esophageal epithelial barrier,evaluate the presence of mutation at gene in GERD,and related with esophageal adenocarcinoma.
