摘要
文章通过对图书馆文化含义及其发展的重要性的揭示 ,说明图书馆文化是现代图书馆管理中最先进的管理理论 。
Based on the discussion of implication of library culture and the significance of its development,the author holds that library culture is the most advanced theory in moder library management.,bringing forward some approaches to construct library culture.
